First off I want to say sorry for the extremely long leave of absence, life just gets busy you know. Anyways, I have decided to step up my game and do more posts. Luckily in this huge time break I have come across many things to post about as well as done some of my own DIY craft projects that I think will interest you all.
For this first post back I want to just do a quick post to highlight a handed down handmade quilt that my boyfriend received that we absolutely adore! It is a crochet quilt that has a floral burst pattern that is very colorful. In the below picture we have it draped over our vinyl green chair that I found at a thrift store a while back.
My boyfriend doesn't really know who exactly in his family actually made it but it has been in his family for a while and was last at his Grandma's house. I think it ties our room together and it is quite warm as well!
